$10 drop-in — pay when you arrive (cash preferred, or Venmo/PayPal/Zelle). Just plan to come 5–10 minutes early for check-in!

The routines are repetitive so you build confidence fast, new songs are added each month, and I welcome song requests You can come solo, bring a friend, or make it a whole crew thing — just bring gym shoes and a water bottle and you're set. This is a comfortable, judgment-free space for ages 18+
